By creating real-life VR content introducing the traditional first visit to a Buddhist temple or Shinto shrine of the Japanese New Year, etc., to users of the platform from around the world, contest participants in the contest can win cash rewards, with the winner receiving 100,000 JPY.

The contest is open to anyone who can create their own “Hatsumōde” first visit real-life Metaverse World.

The maximum video size is 30GB. Videos can be of any length, but around 30 minutes is recommended.

Resolution should be between 4K and 8K. There are no other conditions or restrictions.

For the World category, please select “Festival.”

Please add “Hatsumōde” to the beginning of the World title.

Please set the World fee to “Free.”

Set the World to “Public.”

It may take from 1 to 4 days to complete the video upload, depending on server load. Please allow plenty of time when uploading.
